Julie has been in the Real Estate profession since 2002. She started her career in Maine, specializing in residential and lake properties on beautiful Sebago Lake. Julie holds the professional designation ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative).

Julie moved to Florida in 2008 and purchased a home in DeLand in the summer of 2009. After helping her husband in his insurance agency and making sure her children were well adjusted to life here in DeLand, Julie obtained her Broker Associate license and signed on with Swann and Associates.
